Hawarden Park Girls and Ladies FC  was formed on 1st June 2024. This is the first club in the parish of Hawarden exclusive to girls and ladies with the growth of the women's game in Wales imminent.

The club was formed by 4 trustees, Daniel Roberts, Mark Morris, Jennifer Keeley and Robert Wilson. On forming the club it was registered as a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) with the passion to raise the interest in girls football catering for all ages, and allowing girls from the parish of Hawarden an opportunity to play football for a local team.

The Club Moto "Always Believe" was generated from previous experiences and hurdles in which girls and ladies have had to overcome, and barriers we continuously move to ensure equality in football.
